Dr. Friedhelm Großmann

After school, I studied at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen-Nürnberg business administration, pedagogy and psychology and graduated  certified teacher of commercial subjects. After my doctorate at the Wolfgang-Goethe university in Frankfurt I was active several years in adult education.

Then I changed my focus on management consultancy. At first in München, working for a partner of MIK Konstanz, a leading company on management information systems. A year later I was active  at the headquarters in Konstanz, consulting middle-sized and big gompanies about the implementation of MIS- und EIS-Systems.

After that I moved to Köln, where I worked for the company-owned business consultancy KHD Consult. Next step was to change to the affiliate Deutz Service International, where I was responsable for commercial projects, especially buying and selling of companies.

From there I my road took me back to the shores of Lake Constance. Here I acted as partner, trainer and consulter for MAB Consulting St. Gallen. During this time I postgraduated for process cosulting at Team Dr. Rosenkranz.

Today I am the managing director of 4Value Management Consulting GmbH. My main point is consulting as well as training focused on balanced value: increase of value through holistic supervision.
