Because of the during the financial crisis occured liquidity and rentability problems a consequent management of potentials is needed. In order to obtain this, they decide to implement the holistic and value-oriented controlling system PIA®.
We start with a prototype to gain the first experiences that will be enhanced eventually.

The identified potential were futher analysed and rating during a workshop.
As supporting documentation for the rating of the potential "Innovation" the workshop revealed both the actual situation of the internal communication and the missing personnel marketing. Two key performance indicators were added to this potential as commercial results.
It came out that in the scope of innovation the potential-usage can be enhanced considerably.
To improove the innovation the company established a jour fixe and added a personnel marketing post to their human ressources department. The development of the planed measures is constantly overseen.
Perform controlling
A new rating disclosed that the potential "Innovation" has improved after performing the planed actions.
Reach sustainability
A continous monitoring of the potentials and financial results of the company revealed the connection between them. Owing to that fact other ressources were detected, which used at their full potential induce long-termed success.
