PIA supports our result and process oriented strategy:
Potentials are represented and rated in a well arranged structure.
Measures are purposefully entered and supervised.
The development of potentials is reflected by financial values.
The integrated module PIA-Collect supplies refined enquiries, reports and strukture analyses.
Templates allow the usage of standards.

Defining potentials
Potentials can be inputted individually or be imported from templates. You can set up their weithing and the mode of aggregation of further subordinate potentials and scoringscales.
Rating potentials
The rating of potentials is based on individually deduced criteria. Those are the foundation for customer resp. problem oriented scoringscales. Standard scales can be added from templates to aid this process. Backup documents serve as evidence for an objective rating, e.g. as attachments.
The rate of each potential is normalized using a utilization ratio – the “PIA-Factor“ .

Adding financial values
Inputting financial values – key figures and indicators – is supplied by individualy defined resp. standard scales. The nummeric values can be added manually or using an Microsoft Excel interface.
Entering and supervising measures
Specific measures can be added individually or using predefined outlines.
Single evaluations
Various graphics are at disposal for single evaluation of each potential. The linkage between potentials and financial values can be visualized using the PIA-Portfolio. It also uncoveres the progression of the relation between potentials and financial values.

Total evaluations
Total evaluations are made possible by the PIA-Collect module. Purposefully enqueries, reports or structure analyses allow concrete insight and decisions.
